The League's Annual Symposium is an extraordinary, once-a-year opportunity to join Agriculture and Equine Facility Staff and Management to network, consult, learn, experience and grow the health and stability of our unique Ag & Equine Industry.

For the FIRST TIME in 2026, the League welcomes the participation and attendance of Industry professionals including event organizers, promoters and other show management groups, national breed organization management and staff as well as young professionals pursuing careers in the Ag & Equine Industry.

The League's 2026 Host Hotel is the fully renovated 

Inn at Opryland

Located less than nine minutes from Downtown Nashville and within walking distance of the Gaylord Opryland Resort, the Inn at Opryland has been fully renovated in 2025.  Designed to hit all the right notes, it offers modern amenities with reasonable rates that allow guests to enjoy a variety of experiences both within and near the hotel.  Their Atrium Café features Starbucks® coffee and breakfast favorites while the adjoining Opry Backstage Grill offers delicious Southern fare for lunch and dinner as well as a full bar for evening enjoyment.  Spacious hotel rooms provide complimentary Wi-Fi, plush bedding and flat-panel TVs and refrigerators.  In addition, microwave stations are available on each floor.


The Inn at Opryland also offers a complimentary shuttle to its sister-property, the Gaylord Opryland Resort that runs from 7:45a to 8:00p daily.  The Gaylord is an expansive, 5-star resort hotel and conference center that boasts of the city’s premier aquatic attraction, SoundWaves, as well as an exciting lineup of activities and entertainment.  Visitors can explore nine acres of airy indoor garden atriums, award-winning restaurants and bars, the world-class Relâche Spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.


Both hotels are located near Nashville Intl. Airport (BNA), downtown and attractions like the Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium

League attendees will enjoy complimentary parking at the hotel, and Uber/Lyft service to/from Downtown Nashville is approximately $25-35 one way.  No airport shuttle if available, however, Uber/Lyft  service is approximately $38-50 one way.  


The League's Room Block expires December 20, 2025 at 5:00 EDT; once the block is full, additional rooms may only be available at a higher nightly rate or not at all.  Please book early to reserve your lodging at this exceptional hotel.
