As of January 2025, the League offers six different membership classes to those active in our Equine and Agricultural Industry.  We welcome the participation and engagement of venue facilities and fairgrounds, event organizers and hosts, service and product sponsors, and young professionals forging a career in our unique industry as well as those retired from it.

Center Membership  is available to facilities and/or fairgrounds with the capacity to host sanctioned and non-sanctioned agricultural and equine events.

Affiliate Membership  is available to organizations and entities that manage, produce and/or sanction equine, livestock and other agricultural shows and events.

Sponsor Membership  is limited to League Sponsors that pay and maintain current sponsorship packages with the League.

Young Pro Membership is open to individuals between the ages of 18 and 25 working in and/or pursuing a degree in a field related to the agricultural and/or equine industry or facility management.

Allied Membership  is open to all other individuals and entities that do not meet the criteria of other membership classes, including retired members.

Membership in our Association is based on a 364 day membership that begins with the date first joined.  Annual renewal notices will be emailed to the designated contact known as the "Bundle Coordinator" or "Member Representative."

Each Center, Affiliate and Sponsor Member is entitled to enjoy up to eight (8) "Members Only Login" accounts for management and staff actively employed during the membership period.  One of these accounts is reserved for the Member Representative, also known as the Bundle Coordinator.  The remaining Logins are for "Bundle Members" and may be established and modified by the Bundle Coordinator at any time.
